Step2. Send payment T/T or West union. On the basis of the PI & send back us the proof, we will delivery by FedEx or DHL within 3-5 working days after payment confirmed.

Q8: After sales service?
A: For small quantity of defective cartridges, please kindly send us some proof of quality problem, such as photo, and scanned print sheets, etc. And we will send you replacement cartirdge of same model and quantity alongwith next shipment
1. The print head is very fragile, do not touch it. Its surface is a piece of aluminum, and the inner layer is coated with a crystal oscillator and a very tiny ink tube. When it touches, it will be deformed even broken, the print head is broken at all.
2. Be careful when installing the print head. Always power off and install properly. After install, gently push the carriage to left and right, check whether if it is smooth, after it is smooth, then can power on. Do not power on, whe it is not smooth.
3. When connecting the cable, make sure it does not bring the ink, and make sure that it is in good contact with the socket. Otherwise, the print head will be short-circuited and burnt;
4. The steel shaft should also be clean and smooth. It can be wiped with a paper towel and glued. Do not directly add oil to the shaft. Excess oil will flow to the nozzle and cause damage.
5. After the machine and circuit is in good condition, secondly need to check if the ink water in enough and if the small cleaning blade and the ink suction pump is clean.
6. There will be air inside the print head that has just been installed, so may it not print normally at once. Only when the air in the head is completely discharged, it can print normally;
First of all, intermittent cleaning (clean it 2 times, then stop it for 30 minutes, then clean it again 2 times). If keep clean it many times without pause, it will cause Ink accumulation in pump, and print mix color, leak ink and also waste ink.
Secondly, you can print more pictures to let the nozzle discharge air during work;
Third, if the machine has led to the waste ink tube, you can first power off, and then use a syringewhich coverd with a rubber tube to pump the waste ink tube, until 3-5ml of ink is drawn.
Then turn it on again and use the machine to clean it once. In this way, it means discharge the air artificially. The bad effect is that it is easy to cause the cleaning pump to stack ink.
All the printhead we ensure 100% tested before delivery and function well. Since printhead is consumable parts, so normally no warranty in market. but if you suffer from problem during installation; just feel free to contact me, i will first help you to figure it out; if problem still exist, we accept replacement or refund within 3 months ;(from the date we send goods until the date we receive the faulty goods)
